Key Responsibilities:

1.

Reporting:
Generate regular reports on key operational metrics, financial performance, and project status. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

2.

Employee Tracking:
Maintain accurate records of employee schedules, tasks, and activities. Coordinate with team leads to ensure that deadlines are met and projects are progressing smoothly.

3.

Task Management:
Oversee the assignment and completion of tasks within the organization. Keep track of project timelines and deliverables to ensure that objectives are achieved on time.

4.

Communication:
Facilitate communication between different departments and teams within the organization. Relay important information and updates to relevant stakeholders.

5.

Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose solutions for optimization. Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

6.

Generalist Support:
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed. Assist with tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role.
  • Proficient English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is desirable.
