RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:
Garantiza que las instalaciones y la maquinaria utilizados para producir materiales y bienes nuevos y existentes funcionen con su máxima eficiencia y rendimiento.
Esto incluye el mantenimiento predictivo, mantenimiento preventivo total, la gestión de averías de equipos mecánicos, eléctricos y electrónicos (incluida la programación de software).

Lleva acabo las siguientes funciones:
Instalar, mantener, mejorar y reparar equipos, servicios e instalaciones de edificios para establecer níveles de manera efectiva de acuerdo con las mejores prácticas, lo que garantiza que la eficiencia de la producción pueda cumplir con los requisitos del cliente dentro de una instalación segura y bien presentada.
Responde a los problemas técnicos que afectan la producción y mantiene los servicios eléctricos, electrónicos y mecánicos a través del Mantenimiento Preventivo Planificado (MPP).
Gestión general y de tareas
- Asistir a averías, identificar fallas y resolver problemas con un tiempo de inactividad mínimo para la producción
- Realizar el diagnóstico de fallas, el mantenimiento y reparación de todo tipo de planta y equipo de manera segura, oportuna y profesional y devolver el equipo al servicio operativo.
- Estimar el tiempo requerido para completar un trabajo y las posibles consecuencias de no completar el trabajo dentro de los plazos requeridos.
- Identificar y escalar cualquier actividad que tenga el potencial de causar daño o daño.
- Informar a la gerencia las causas raíz de las averías, las fallas del equipo y las preocupaciones
- Asegurarse de que todo el trabajo se realice con un estándar de alta calidad y se adhiera a todas las regulaciones de estándares de calidad
- Asegurarse que se cumplan los objetivos de la empresa con respecto a la calidad de las piezas producidas.
- Identificar los requerimientos de partes de repuestos y el uso del registro.
- Ayudar en el desarrollo de programas de mantenimiento preventivo planificado (MPP)
- Ayudar con el movimiento, instalación, reposicionamiento de máquinas y equipos.
- Hacer un uso completo del sistema de gestión de mantenimiento computarizado.
- Planificar y priorizar la carga de trabajo para respaldar la producción y garantizar un uso eficiente del tiempo de trabajo.
- Registrar la finalización del trabajo en todos los sistemas de gestión de mantenimiento necesarios
- Operar montacargas y equipo de elevación
- Ayudar a los ingenieros especialistas visitantes cuando sea necesario
- Trabajar dentro de la metodología 6S, para mantener el lugar de trabajo a un alto nível
- Asegurarse de que todo el equipo de protección personal esté identificado, siempre disponible, utilizado correctamente y que todos los problemas asociados se informen a la gerencia.
- Mantenerse al día con las tendencias actuales y en desarrollo de fabricación e ingeniería con respecto al mantenimiento.
- Contribuir a las actividades de mejora continua
- Control de calidad del trabajo mediante revisiones apropiadas
Actividades Administrativas:
- Asegurarse de que exista un entorno de trabajo seguro para sí mismo y para sus colegas, garantizando que se sigan todos los procedimientos de gestión de la calidad, el medio ambiente y la seguridad en materia de salud y se logren los objetivos de los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) de la empresa y del departamento
