Main responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and/or implementation of multiple/enterprise-wide projects.
  • Resolve conflicts within or between projects or functional areas.
  • Experience in project reporting and stakeholder management.
  • Drive decision making through data analysis and risk assessment.
  • Ensure successful completion of all project deliverables.
  • Manage vendors, review deliverables, and uphold performance integrity.
  • Facilitate, document, and monitor project plan, milestones, deliverables, and approvals.

Requirements:

  • Manage external and internal resources effectively.
  • Proven track record in leading complex projects.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently with focus on resourcing, budgets, timeline, scope, and executive stakeholder management.
  • 5+ years of project management experience with emphasis on IT.
  • Experience in various IT projects such as cloud services implementation, hardware/software migrations, and technology decommission.
  • Expertise in scheduling and managing resource capacity across diverse IT projects.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different organizational levels.
