Position Description
As an IT Tester at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Analyze and address business needs by aiding IT and Line of Business stakeholders in testing and maintaining the NOVO CONNECT platform to cater to end-user requirements across Therapeutic Areas and Functions.
  • Contribute to the execution of IT strategic plans by assisting in the evolution and enhancement of the NOVO CONNECT platform and other applications, pinpointing issues, opportunities, and resolutions that could impact other functions in the organization.
  • Evaluate software through the testing of different modules in NOVO CONNECT and other applications to unearth bugs, faults, or malfunctions, and cooperating with the GBS Bangalore NNI System testing team to coordinate testing activities.

Required Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Five years of experience in software testing, with knowledge of various testing techniques and bug tracking tools.
  • Prior experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry or an IT consulting firm is highly desirable.
  • Comprehension of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and the significance of testing within different SDLC stages.
  • Proficient in English.
