Propósito del puesto

Realizar y cumplir con los R&R y objetivos esperados del área, apoyar a todos los departamentos internos/externos con problemas relacionados al proceso de pruebas, garantizar que el producto cumpla con los requisitos de componentes y aplicaciones del cliente mientras que el proceso de prueba sea limpio y estable.


Principales Roles
Especificación, validación y liberación de nuevos equipos de producción de prueba ICT / FT.

Responsable de alcanzar los objetivos de disponibilidad técnica, tiempo de ciclo y costo de defectos para equipos bajo su supervisión.

Analizar la falla del equipo para identificar la causa raíz y brindar soluciones.

Garantizar el cumplimiento del proceso de fabricación con los principios de ingeniería, cliente requisitos, normas de la empresa y especificaciones del proceso.

Implementación de cambios de ingeniería y procesos y documentación relacionada con equipos de prueba ICT FT.
Participación activa en proyectos de mejora continua y actividades de reducción de costos.
Cumplir con los procedimientos de seguridad aplicables a su área.
Será responsable de que el personal subcontratado bajo su responsabilidad cumplir con la normativa interna.
Apoyar los programas de Medio Ambiente y Seguridad.

Requerimientos
Ingles (Intermedio/ Avanzado)
Título Universitario de Ingeniería (Sistemas, eléctrica-electrónica, Digitales, Mecatronica).
3+ años en ingeniería o manufactura de prueba ICT o afín.

Conocimientos
Lenguajes de programación, nível Intermedio (Btach, Python).
Conocimiento del proceso de prueba del producto.
B2B, SAP
Habilidad para (determinar causa raíz, solución de problemas).
Habilidad para desarrollar Escrituras de prueba.
