Descripción:

  • Liderar proyectos enfocados en la exploración e identificación de nuevas tecnologías para la innovación a mediano y largo plazo en las categorías de Home Care.
  • Trabajo técnico sobre los fundamentos de la fórmula para las categorías de Home Care.
  • Llevar a cabo investigaciones en profundidad para ilustrar el mecanismo de acción de los líderes tecnológicos en productos para el cuidado del hogar (conservantes, activos para el cuidado de telas, tensioactivos, antibacterianos, etc.) y proponer posibilidades de mejora y recomendaciones para la implementación de la tecnología.
  • Desarrollar métodos de prueba y demostraciones para mostrar y respaldar los atributos de la fórmula.
  • Apoyo a los esfuerzos continuos para desarrollar metodologías predictivas para acelerar las pruebas de estabilidad en productos para el cuidado del hogar
  • Analizar datos experimentales para extraer información tecnológica para mejorar y acelerar el diseño y desarrollo de productos
  • Comunicación de conocimientos técnicos a socios comerciales y funciones de categoría cruzada
  • Identificar y liderar esfuerzos de colaboración con socios externos (empresas especializadas, nuevas empresas, universidades y proveedores estratégicos)
  • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para lograr los objetivos de los proyectos
  • Mantener registros escritos detallados y efectivos del trabajo experimental y las observaciones.

Calificaciones:

  • Licenciatura, Maestría o Doctorado en las siguientes áreas: Química, Bioquímica, Ciencia de Materiales, Biotecnología, Química Física o áreas afines. Si solo una licenciatura, 5 + años de experiência profesional. Si tiene maestría o doctorado, con un mínimo de 2 años de experiência laboral relevante experiência académica y/o profesional enfocada en sólidos fundamentos químicos, enfocada en materiales, antibacterianos o áreas farmacéuticas; También se desea un sólido conocimiento de la química física.
  • Habilidades organizacionales con la capacidad de gestionar proyectos multidisciplinarios simultáneamente
  • Habilidades eficientes en la gestión de datos y análisis estadístico.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación: Expresar claramente conceptos y pensamientos científicos.
  • Inglés fluido escrito/verbal
  • Buenas habilidades para la documentación de información técnica
  • Trabajo en equipo/colaboración
  • Planificación/Establecimiento de prioridades
