- 12 + years of experience in managing all aspects of technical projects that includes Deliverables (Plan, Track and Artefacts), Stakeholders (Product, Engineering, PMO), Operation (Risk, Conflict, Escalation, Resources, Communication, Metrics)and Strategic (Best Practices, Process, Change Agent)
- Experience in .Net development and has hands-on experience for at least 8 + years.
- Knowledge or experience in Microsoft Azure, DevOps.
- Coordinating communication between stakeholders from multiples teams such as Requirement, Design, Development, QA, Release, Sustenance and Support.
- Delivering complex projects or programs from initiation to completion - including PI Planning, resource requirements, scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Setting up of processes, tools and cadences for communication, PI planning, Sprint tracking and documentation, issue tracking and documentation, metrics, dashboards, and reports.
- Working with the development team to capture not just functional requirements but also non-functional requirements such like Compliance, Security, Scalability, Availability, Reliability, Observability (Monitoring, Logging, Tracing)
- Driving towards implementation of proper Agile process. Communicate Sprint metrics to PMO. Provide and execute improvement plan.
- Contributing to pre-launch, post-launch, and support activities.
