POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Master Data Analyst I based in Nogales, MX. The Master Data Analyst I will create and maintain operational, sales and manufacturing data in a variety of ERP and Sales database systems. The MD Analyst will interface with a variety of teams through a ticket request system and project work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Participate in a team environment creating and maintaining master data through requests submitted by internal and external teams Complete requests related to customers, sales, pricing, and discounting data to maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA) with business stakeholders Format and transform data for uniform loading into databases using transactions Act as a request reviewer and participate in approval workflows to ensure the highest quality of data is maintained in business systems.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Spoken and written English at least 90% College degree in Data Management, IT, Business, or related Experience maintaining data with SAP, , Axapta, or similar ERP software Experience working in an IT or Customer Service ticket/request environment Experience with data analysis, data cleansing, Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) methodology Experience with MS Power Automate or other automation tools/methods

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO

dormakaba está buscando un Analista de datos maestros en Nogales, MX. El Analista de datos maestros es responsable de crear y mantener lo datos operativos, de ventas y de fabricación en una variedad de sistemas de bases de datos de ventas y ERP. Interactuará con una variedad de equipos a través de un sistema de solicitud de tickets y trabajo en proyectos.

ACTIVIDADES

Participar en un entorno de equipo creando y manteniendo datos maestros a través de solicitudes enviadas por equipos internos y externos Completar solicitudes relacionadas con datos de clientes, ventas, precios y descuentos para mantener acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA) con las partes interesadas del negocio Formatear y transformar datos para cargarlos uniformemente en bases de datos mediante transacciones Actuar como revisor de solicitudes y participar en flujos de trabajo de aprobación para garantizar que se mantenga la más alta calidad de los datos en los sistemas comerciales

REQUISITOS

Inglés hablado y escrito en un 90% mínimo Título universitario en Gestión de datos, TI, Negocios o afín Experiencia en el mantenimiento de datos con SAP, , Axapta o software ERP o similar Experiencia trabajando en un entorno de solicitudes/tickets de TI o Servicio al Cliente Experiencia con análisis de datos, limpieza de datos, metodología de extracción/transformación/carga (ETL) Experiencia con MS Power Automate u otras herramientas/métodos de automatización
