ConsulCAP busca tu talento como PLANEADOR DE PROYECTOSpara plantear los criterios generales de la obra como el tiempo, el costo, los parámetros técnicos y de rendimiento, la planificación general de implementación, los procesos y los sistemas que se utilizarán para controlar los proyectos asignados.


FUNCIONES:

  • Elaboración y seguimiento a programas de obra de proyectos asignados en conjunto con Project Manager.
  • Elaboración de líneas de tiempo e identificación de ruta crítica en proyectos.
  • Análisis, seguimiento y monitoreo de materiales y recursos necesarios de proyectos en vía de implementación.
  • Elaboración de reportes semanales de avance.
  • Estimar los recursos y los plazos necesarios
  • Desarrollar e implementar un plan y procesos para el proyecto
  • Actualizaciones frecuentes del cronograma diario del proyecto.
  • Conocimiento en la programación de materiales e insumos, horas de producción y recurso humano (mano de obra).

Requisitos:

  • Lic. O Ing. Civil, Arquitecto, Gestión de Proyectos, Contabilidad, Economía o afines.
  • Dominio de Excel y MS Project
  • Nociones de AutoCAD
  • Conocimiento de áreas de Ingeniería Civil, Estructural, Electromecánica, Eléctrica y de redes
  • Diseño de modelos 3D Rhinoceros, SolidWorks, Inventor, TopSolid o afines.
  • Interpretación de resultados para elaboración de memoria del cálculo.
  • Elaboración de estimaciones de materiales y mano de obra, planes y programas.
  • 2 años de experiência trabajando en funciones administrativas que respalden las actividades de gestión de proyectos.
  • Elaboración de programas de obra, trazo de rutas críticas y seguimiento.

  • Lunes a viernes de 8:00 am a 6:00 pm
  • Sábados de 8:00 am a 2:00 pm
