Atención y manejo de reclamos de la red de distribuidores agregando controles estadísticos y control de presupuestos.
Responsabilidades:
Desarrollo de estrategias de mejora de atención a Distribuidores
Despliegue y mejoras de calidad a través de los reclamos emitidos por distribuidores
Generación y atención a auditorías internas y externas
Aplicación de Sistema de gestión de Calidad
Soporte a facturación y sistemas con distribuidores
Desarrollo de nuevos proyectos con sistemas
Perfil:
Conocimiento y habilidades:
Necesario saber liderar equipos, saber coordinar agendas con altos mandos y siempre buscar el como si dentro de las estructuras con las que colabore
Experiência laboral:
Conocimientos de especificaciones de sistemas y Calidad con más de 1 año de experiência en manejo de equipo de personal.
Nível académico:
Ingeniería
Habilidades técnicas:
Habilidades en sistemas y bases de datos, Office (Presentaciones, pivotes, etc)
