About the roleOverview of role:
The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for supporting delivery of a world class customer experience to our customers. Delivering critical support in line with agreed service levels for the overall Customer Care organization.
Demonstrating ownership & accountability, ensuring customer requirements related to customer orders service and data management requests are efficiently & accurately processed within the agreed timelines with clear connectivity and collaboration with the wider team to enable end to end case management.
Key responsibilitiesResponsibilities:
Maintain professional, timely and effective communication with all partiesProcess orders and requests in line with company procedures and propose improvements to procedures and processesEnter and process customer orders/changes according to department policies and proceduresWork with cross-functional teams (accounts payable, supply chain, sales,) to resolve customer requirements when necessary.
Remain fully flexible to meet business requirements and demandsContinuous Excellence to improve workflow processes.Case Management through SalesforceReport and data maintenanceQualifications and skills Customer orientation. Efficient collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. Communication and negotiation skills with internal and external clients.
