  • Lead the overall project and project team that is responsible for achieving the project objectives and stakeholders' expectations.
  • To balance the competing constraints on the project with the resources available.
  • Perform communication roles and proactively interact with executives, team members, and stakeholders. This includes providing direction and presenting the vision of success for the project.
  • Coordinating activities within the project to keep it on track. Works closely with IT and business team members, executives, and stakeholders. Facilitates discussions between all of them.
  • Integrate and organize project leadership and teams
  • Intake and coordinate work
  • Plan and schedule the project, as well as coordinate with other projects
  • Negotiate functional and technical dependencies
  • Manage the project scope, plan, schedule, costs, budget, quality, resources, communication, risks, business case, and procurement activities.
  • Measure, Monitor and Communicates project status against the project plan and report periodic status to executives, stakeholders, and project team members

_What you will bring to the table:_

  • Engineering degree or Computer Science / Software Development, Bachelor's in Business Administration or Economics
  • Minimum 5 years of IT, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain activity experience
  • Experience performing portfolio, program, and/or project management
  • Advance the efficacy of the Project Management Office, PMO.
  • Experience in Customer Relationships and Satisfaction
  • Industry Domain and Function-Specific Knowledge
  • Key Competencies: Business Savvy, Leadership, Trustworthy, Active Learning, Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving, Customer Orientation, Results Orientation & Execution, Initiative and Teamwork, Adaptability, Negotiations, Conflict Management
