As part of the Support team, your main focus is on providing post-sales assistance to Oracle customers, acting as their advocate. You will handle non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic channels and assist with technical queries related to our Electronic Support Services. You will be the go-to person for customers, building and nurturing relationships while offering guidance to both customers and internal Oracle staff.
  • Resolve post-sales customer inquiries
  • Address technical questions about Oracle products
  • Provide advice and support internally
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the technical point of contact for customers
  • Understand and troubleshoot Oracle product issues
  • Demonstrate expertise in multiple platforms
  • Work independently to find solutions for customers
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Functional Product Support Engineer: serve as the primary contact for customers, focusing on resolving functional issues related to JDE and staying updated on new technologies and sharing knowledge through various channels. Candidate Background and Experience:
  • University degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
Functional Expertise:
  • Knowledge of JDE modules (Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, HCM)
  • Familiarity with JDE architecture
  • Technical skills in databases, operating systems, XML, Java, and more
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities
  • JD Edwards on Oracle Cloud knowledge is a plus

Required Skills: JDE Functional knowledge (MFG, DIST, FIN, or HCM) Career Level: IC3 As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be the technical liaison for customers and partners, dealing with Oracle product-related issues and demonstrating expert knowledge across multiple platforms. You will work independently to provide solutions for customer queries.
