Your key responsibilities

  • Assist in the selection, training, validation, and feedback of an expert sensory panellists acting as panel leader for beverages, sweet goods & savoury.
  • Assist in the preparation, organization, conduction, and reporting of sensory evaluations of aromas and ingredients through different data collection and data analysis software.
  • Assist in the preparation, organization, conduction, and reports of studies with consumers internally and/or with external agencies through different data collection and analysis software.
  • Maintain the database of expert sensory panellists, keeping them always engaged & motivated into participate in the different product evaluation sessions.
  • Ensuring the maintenance and organization of the sensory laboratory in terms of materials, equipment, and sensory references for aromas.

You bring

  • Preferably Engineer Student (Biotechnology, Food, Chemistry, etc.)
  • Ideally 4 semester (Available to work for at least 1.5 Years)
  • Proactivity, good communication and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal relationship with people from different backgrounds (social, economic, educational, regional, etc.).
  • Data and factbased decision making, consumer passion and customer focus.
  • Accountability, resilience, a growth mindset, obsession with making a positive impact on our business.
  • Receptivity to give and receive feedback that is constructive and based on facts and examples.
