The Role:
We are looking for a Consumer Insights Specialist who will be the main support for Consumer Insights activities to be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech. S/he will engage with multi-disciplinary teams (including Brand, Sales, Product and Research agencies). S/he should thrive in a culture of decisions based on analytics/data and enable the decision making to stakeholders. This candidate must be proactive and curious about the business and have good storytelling skills (written and verbal) in both English and Spanish and be willing to continue learning.
What will I do:
- Drive end to end research (from briefing with client, questionnaire design, fieldwork, analysis and presentation). Ability and knowledge to work autonomously (personally do a questionnaires, topic guides, recruitment, analysis, presentations, etc.)
- Coordination and design materials of quantitative and qualitative studies (questionnaires and topic guides).
- Respond to adhoc insight requests (internal-inhouse/external -agencies).
- Use different sources of information and secondary data to investigate trends and strategic areas of interest to build strong insights that support the strategies.
- Ability to review and summarize information from multiple sources and pull-out key points.
- Identify and determine the most appropriate research solutions to meet needs (cost and time related)
- Generate actionable recommendations to leaders.
- Present reports/results to stakeholders (different audiences and levels).
- Strong administrative skills like invoice and payments follow up.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar
- Must have worked in a market research agency & Research on the Client side,
- At least 4+ years' experience in quantitative and qualitative market research (data analysis, reporting and presentation of results)
- Superior ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Strong sense of urgency, high confidence, proactivity and positivity
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly
- Must have experience in preparing reports in Excel and Power Point.
- Ability to communicate and team capabilities (English & Spanish).
