As a Moving Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales and revenue growth for our moving services company.

You will actively seek out and engage with potential clients to understand their moving needs and offer tailored solutions.

Your role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to booking.

This position requires a proactive and results-driven approach to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' moving requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Present and promote our company's moving services to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of service agreements to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery of services as per client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the moving, relocation, or related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and present solutions effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or travel as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.

Compensation:

- $6.25 per hour with the opportunity to make a tiered commission on revenue booked and number of jobs booked

  • On average, sales reps are earning $750 in additional bonus compensation.
