**Responsibilities**
- Marketing Management_
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Create and maintain marketing calendars to ensure the timely execution of marketing activities, campaigns, and promotions.
- Develop and Implement marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, presentations, and digital content.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and manage website content
- Sales Management:_
- Support the sales team by preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and identifying trends to optimize sales strategies.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of sales collateral, presentations, and product information to sales representatives and clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of our services, resolve any order-related issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any customer concerns or complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
- Project Leads:_
- Take the lead on assigned marketing and sales projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, provide regular updates to GM, and address any project-related issues or challenges.
- Ensure projects are aligned with company objectives, brand guidelines, and budgetary considerations.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in social media management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) for graphic design purposes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for content creation
- Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads is a plus
- Strong research skills to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Pay: $12,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
