Containerboard System Support
What You Will Do
- Work with Containerboard businesses to understand and translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Support adhoc data requests (like requests for extracts or database views) and answer data related questions from business users.
- Perform impact analysis, develop business requirements, and create process and project documentation.
- Involve in all phases of software development life cycle including design, development, implementation, and testing for small projects and enhancements.
- Application Support
- Handson development tasks bug fixes, changes
- Enduser questions/issuesUser access reviews/reporting etc
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience in SQL Server transactSQL or PL/SQL.
- Experience on Microsoft stack (C#, ASP.NET framework, Java Script).
- Fast learner and takes initiative to learn new technologies and search out process improvements.
- Available to work afterhours/weekends as needed (oncall support required)
- Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary.
- Great attention to detail and timemanagement skills
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problemsolving ability
- Strong customer focused.
- Effective oral and written communication skills
