QUALIFICATIONS

  • HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
  • 2+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN COLLECTIONS OR RELATED FIELD
  • BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH IS A MUST
  • EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • PROFICIENT WITH MICROSOFT (EXCEL, POWERPOINT, ETC.)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • COMPLETE LOAN ADJUSTMENTS AND/OR AMENDMENTS AS NEEDED BY THE DEPARTMENT
  • WRITES CLEARLY AND INFORMATIVELY; EDITS WORK FOR SPELLING AND GRAMMAR; VARIES WRITING STYLE TO MEET NEEDS; PRESENTS NUMERICAL DATA EFFECTIVELY; ABLE TO READ AND INTERPRET WRITTEN INFORMATION.
  • SUPPORTS ORGANIZATION'S GOALS AND VALUES
  • IDENTIFYING ACCOUNTS THAT REQUIRE MANAGEMENT REVIEW

SCHEDULE
09:00-19:00

1 WEEK MONDAY-FRIDAY, AND ANOTHER WEEK MONDAY-SATURDAY (SUNDAY+WEEKDAY OFF)

SALARY AND BENEFITS
19,000 GROSS MONTHLY

  • 2% SAVINGS FUND
  • 1,400 FOOD STAMPS
