**QUALIFICATIONS**
- HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
- 2+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN COLLECTIONS OR RELATED FIELD
- BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH IS A MUST
- EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- PROFICIENT WITH MICROSOFT (EXCEL, POWERPOINT, ETC.)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- COMPLETE LOAN ADJUSTMENTS AND/OR AMENDMENTS AS NEEDED BY THE DEPARTMENT
- WRITES CLEARLY AND INFORMATIVELY; EDITS WORK FOR SPELLING AND GRAMMAR; VARIES WRITING STYLE TO MEET NEEDS; PRESENTS NUMERICAL DATA EFFECTIVELY; ABLE TO READ AND INTERPRET WRITTEN INFORMATION.
- SUPPORTS ORGANIZATION'S GOALS AND VALUES
- IDENTIFYING ACCOUNTS THAT REQUIRE MANAGEMENT REVIEW

**SCHEDULE**

09:00-19:00

1 WEEK MONDAY-FRIDAY, AND ANOTHER WEEK MONDAY-SATURDAY (SUNDAY+WEEKDAY OFF)

**SALARY AND BENEFITS**
19,000 GROSS MONTHLY

+2% SAVINGS FUND

+1,400 FOOD STAMPS

+20-DAY CHRISTMAS BONUS
