Critical Functional/Technical Skills
- They can independently work on complex projects involving developing framework and automation practices as well as help other team members with the same. Ideally, they are the goto person on the team for anything technical.
- Extensive experience with JavaScript, Cypress is preferred.
- Motivated to debug user feedback and include them in test strategy and communicate with the team.
- Relevant experience on testing microservices and AWS experience is plus.
- Experience working in FinTech, Banking, or related Consumer Financial Services companies is a plus
Critical Soft Skills
- They must have a customerfocused mindset and must possess good problemsolving skills.
- Endless curiosity and ability to spot failure points and communicate them with the team.
- 7+ years of experience in QA with progressive increase of responsibilities.
- 4+ years of experience with frontend and backend automation frameworks.
- Strategic understanding of automation tools and frameworks, with hands on ability to implement and maintain automation regression.
- Strong experience in programming practices Java, Python, JavaScript.
- Proven experience with Cypress, Selenium.
- Experience in testing Mobile Applications is plus
- Experience working and implementing Jenkin pipelines(CI/CD)
