Position Role
Planning, organizing, directing and managing operations and budget of Supply & Logistics department. Responsible for the raw material supply to the plants, operation and logistics of deliveries to customers.

Functions and responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize and supervise the activities of the supply and logistics team.
  • Build and manage the budget of the Supply & Logistics Department. Communicate and take action on any deviation vs budget.
  • Analyze, negotiate and approve the annual plan of transportation rates.
  • Supervise the supply process, ensuring the arrival of goods on time and in good condition.
  • Management of suppliers' complaints and implementation of solutions when applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures, safety standards, and government regulations.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement plans.
  • Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the Supply & Logistics department.
  • Lead the Staff development under your responsibility.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to increase the efficiency of the supply process.
  • Validate supply procedures, updates, and control changes.
  • Attend and followup of the cases presented to the insurance company.

Qualifications:

  • Studies in Bachelor of Engineering, Commerce, Logistics, administration or related.
  • 23 years of experience in a similar position (desirable)
  • Supply KPIs knowledge
  • S&OP knowledge
  • Budgeting and cost control experience
  • Inventory control
  • BPM's in food industry
  • SAP knowledge
  • Advanced Excel (must)
  • Advanced English (must)
