Principales actividades:

  • Manejar la relación comercial con la fuerza de ventas a través del análisis de las solicitudes de Negocio y prospección de agentes, para cumplir los presupuestos de ventas y los estándares de calidad en la suscripción de las operaciones que se emiten asegurando la calidad de la cartera.
  • Mantener una comunicación permanente y efectiva con la fuerza de ventas comprendiendo tanto a agentes como a funcionarios de los agentes, mediante llamadas telefónicas semanales o diarias según el agente.
  • Gestionar los procesos de altas, bajas y cambios de los negocios de los agentes tanto en los sistemas Administrativos de Ventas (CRM) como en el portal de Chubb.
  • Crear y administrar la entrega de productos del área Comercial hacia la fuerza de ventas, vigilando cada proceso que solicitan para emitir o cerrar un negocio.
  • Administrar las políticas del área Comercial para garantizar que los procesos administrativos del área de ventas se cumplan y estén apegados a los objetivos de la Compañía.

Qualifications:

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura concluida en Administración o económicoadministrativas
  • Experiência de 1 año en el área de ventas y atención a clientes.
  • Conocimiento en la industria de Seguros
  • Dominio de Excel Intermedio.
