Who We Are Looking For

  • 01 years of operating or finance experience (preferred)
  • Academic background in quantitative fields such as finance, economics, or engineering (preferred)
  • Strong English and Spanish fluency (verbal and written, preferred)
  • Analytical aptitude, proactive attitude, and team oriented working style
  • Ability to make decisions assertively and efficiently
  • Ability to lead tasks and seek innovative solutions
  • Superior proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Support on a variety of activities including:

  • Analysis of operational efficiencies of current and potential projects
  • Preparation of monthly board of directors' presentations and financial models
  • Coordination of the Due Diligence process
  • Development of the 100day postclosure plan and its implementation
  • Review of legal contracts
  • Integration of current or future acquisitions
  • Initiatives and projects with the different internal areas system implementations, process mapping, activities coordination, etc.
