DESCRIPCION:


El gerente de producción será responsable de coordinar y administrar los recursos necesarios para que se lleven a cabo los planes de producción, así como, proporcionar la dirección para asegurar la calidad requerida por nuestros clientes; mantendrá un medio ambiente de trabajo sano entre sus empleados.

Trabajará en equipo con los demás departamentos de soporte en la mejora continua de su área y mantendrá una estrecha vigilancia para que se cumplan todas las medidas de seguridad y políticas de la empresa.


RESPONSABILIDAD Y AUTORIDAD:

  • Responsable de la comprensión de las necesidades y expectativas de las partes interesas.
  • Responsable de identificar acciones para abordar riesgos y oportunidades.
  • Responsable de cumplir con los objetivos y metas establecidas por la empresa y Corporativo.
  • Asegura el cumplimiento del plan de producción, así como las instrucciones de trabajo y procedimientos sean asignados durante producción
  • Mantener a su gente en un buen ambiente de trabajo y asegurar que sean entrenados.
  • Será responsable de mantener los níveles de calidad preestablecidos
  • Asegura la adquisición de los recursos requeridos para producción
  • Asegura la identificación y reastreabilidad del producto
  • Asegura que el equipo de su área esté en condiciones optímas de lo contrario coordinarse con mantenimiento para su reparación
  • Asegura la identificación del estado de inspección y prueba
  • Participa de manera entusiasta en los cursos de entrenamiento proporcionados por la empresa
  • Apoya las actividades adicionales de identificación, verificación, estatus cuando es requerido por el cliente.
  • Identifica y registra los problemas relacionados con el producto, proceso y sistema de calidad.
  • Mantendrá reuniones semanales con el personal para retroalimentar y comunicar resultados.
  • En caso de encontrar una desviación en las políticas y reglas de seguridad tendrá la autoridad de detener el proceso productivo hasta que se corrija la anomalía.
  • Tendrá la autoridad de parar el proceso productivo en caso de que encuentre alguna discrepancia que afecte la calidad del producto.

FUNCIONES Y ACTIVIDADES:

  • Dirige la iniciación de acciones para prevenir la ocurrencia de cualquier no conformidad relacionada con el producto, proceso y sistema de calidad.
  • Implementación soluciones a problemas relacionados con producto, proceso y sistema de calidad.
  • Asegura la identificación de producto hecha con material que ha sido proporcionado antes de completar las pruebas de inspección y recibo.
  • Controla el proceso del producto no conforme hasta que la condición insatisfactoria haya sido corregida.
  • Apoya las actividades que resultan del análisis y manejo de quejas de cliente.
  • Asegura la implementación y apego a las políticas de la compañía.
  • Participa en el análisis de los cuatro pasos para la productividad.
  • Participa en la elaboración, desarrollo e implementación de proyectos de inversión.
  • Cumplir con los requerimientos de ISO 900
  • Implementa procedimientos de Lean Manufacturing en el departamento.
  • Supervisión y evaluación de los empleados del Departamento.

Carrera profesional terminada o 5 años en puesto similar
