Job Description:

Como Automation Project Leader seras responsable de iniciar, desarrollar y dirigir proyectos innovadores de automatización/renovación en maquinaria y procesos de manufactura.

Aplicaras habilidades técnicas para proporcionar liderazgo y apoyo en diferentes tipos de proyectos para renovacion, mejora, modificacion, diseno de maquinarias o procesos.

Adicional seras el punto de contacto para consultas a nivel planta para la solución de problemas técnicos y de procesos dentro de las áreas de manufactura.

En esa posición tú vas:

Responsable de llevar a cabo la conducción de equipos multidisciplinarios en conjunto con personal de corporativo en proyectos de ingeniería o tecnología avanzada (disruptiva) de diferentes magnitudes y complejidad, así como el de aplicar conocimientos técnicos especializados y administración de proyectos para brindar servicio a los diferentes negocios.

Proporciona liderazgo para implementar aplicaciones innovadoras y tecnología avanzada, así como vínculo entre los diferentes negocios de 3M Edumex Juarez y sus divisiones en lo que respecta a tecnología avanzada.

Identifica los aspectos financieros de los principales proyectos que involucren automatización de procesos, incluyendo la estimación de los gastos, la identificación de alternativas financieras, lo que contribuye a la creación de AFE, materiales y / o compra de servicios (instalación de equipo/maquinaria) monitoreo y seguimiento de los costos y pagos.

Anticipa a los problemas potenciales de proyectos que pueden afectar el éxito del proyecto.

Aplicar los conocimientos, experiencia técnica, así como también focaliza y prioriza las oportunidades de los diferentes negocios para optimizar la administración de los proyectos y gastos de capital.

Administración, Justificación, Coordinación, estudios de factibilidad y ejecución de proyectos desde el concepto hasta la finalización con éxito de proyectos de media a alta complejidad.

Interactuar con diferentes departamentos como ingeniería, sourcing, y los sistemas de finanzas para permanecer o cumplir con los presupuestos establecidos para el proyecto a ejecutar.

Responsabilidad parcial y control de activos fijos, mantenimiento, materiales y otros gastos conexos. La rendición de cuentas completa de los suministros de fábrica utilizados en el departamento asignado. Entender activo / utilización de capital para maximizar el beneficio económico.
Coordinar la documentación relacionada con los procesos que incluya los aspectos de seguridad, medio ambiente, calidad y de operación.

Tales como pero no limitado a:

Listado de materiales (BOMs), estándar de producción, método, JSA's descripciones de operación, procedimientos y requerir y asegurar la liberación de equipo/proceso modificado/Nuevo a el departamento de EHS.

Orientar y supervisar el trabajo de otros equipos de trabajo, desarrollarse en un ambiente de equipo.

Entender y ser sensible a las ideas de otros departamentos y compañeros de trabajo y equipo, Así como los problemas que impacten a la moral, calidad, eficiencia y satisfacción del cliente.

Capacidad para comunicarse con claridad y concisión, así como influir en su equipo de trabajo para adaptarse a los cambios.

Debe demostrar su capacidad para promover relaciones con los empleados positivos y liderazgo de equipos eficaces.

Manejo adecuado, entendimiento y seguimiento de bases de datos para la coordinación de proyectos donde se requieran recursos financieros para la implementación de un Nuevo producto, mejora de equipos y procesos tales como (Engineering Work Request (EWR), Autorization for Expenditures (AFE's), SAFE ( Standing AFE 's) Request for Quotations (RFQ).

Participar y coordinar actividades relacionadas a las instalaciones, actualizaciones y modificaciones de equipo/maquinaria con el objetivo de facilitar su implementación y mejoras para lograr las especificaciones de Calidad, producción, costo, seguridad, cumpliendo con las fechas establecidas para no afectar el servicio ni la calidad esperada por los clientes.

Y cuando se requiera el aseguramiento

de:

  • Desarrollar Layouts cuando se requiera tomando en cuenta: Existentes o nuevas instalaciones hidráulicas, neumáticas, mecánicas y eléctricas, emisiones, al aire, agua, drenaje.
  • Cantidad de personal requerido para operar líneas de producción
  • Listado de materiales (BOMS), Standard de producción, método, equipo, Materia prima, disponibilidad de espacio en almacén
  • Permisos especiales para cumplir con regulaciones Locales, estatales y Federales.
  • Detectar necesidades para el acondicionamiento del área de producción para que cumpla con los requerimientos de seguridad/medio y ambiente y producción.
  • Detectar necesidades y proveer información requerida por los deptos

aduanas, EHS, Supply Chain, IT.
Si tú tienes... Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Mecanica, Electrica, Electromecanica o afines
Experiencia en minima de - 8 anos
Conocimientos de Instalaciones electromecánicas, PLC's, Automatizaciones, Robótica
Habilidad de liderar equipos de trabajo
Nivel avanzado de idioma inglés y MS Office

Otros requisitos deseables:
Conocimientos en ISO 9001 u otras certificaciones
Interpretación de planos eléctricos Y mecánicos
Plan de control
Estadística Aplicada (SPC), Seis Sigma, DOE, Manufactura Esbelta
Conocimiento en proceso de licitaciones
