Under the supervision of the _Confirmation Manager _and/or his or her designee, the incumbent is responsible for directly supporting the marketing and sales teams through appointment confirmation.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required; Associates/Bachelors Degree highly preferred
- Two years of relevant confirmation/dispatching experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, G-Suite & all other systems

What will you do? Easy
- Field all inbound calls for the company and handle accordingly
- Follow up with leads the days leading up to a scheduled appointment to ensure date/time still works for client
- Set expectations with the homeowner for the appointment
- Call clients with updates on arrival time if extended delays occur
- Clarify product interest / how they heard about us
- Schedule appointments with representatives and handle calendar accordingly
- Accurately document information in our databases Perform any other duties as required or assigned.
_ Work Schedule:
_
- High season: 09:00am to 5:00pm CST
- Low season: 8:30am to 4:30pm CST
- Every other Saturday: 7:00am to 12:00pm CST
