  • Experience in leadership with a Master's degree or certification supporting their skills as a Kindergarten Principal
  • Experience as a kindergarten principal or educator with strong references
  • Experience with Monterssorri education is highly desireable
  • Ability to speak, read, write and listen in English and Spanish on a professional level (C1 or C2)
