We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Queretaro's office.


Responsibilities:

As the team leader, the Terminal Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all functions of the facility including the maintenance, dispatching, communicating with drivers.

Oversee daily operations of the terminal to ensure that all scheduled deliveries are met with excellent customer service, customer satisfaction, and company compliance to all applicable laws and regulations.

Manage daily operations of the company's inbound and outbound operations.
Maintain accurate records of customer service, customer complaints, employee performance, etc. for analysis purposes.
Mentoring, coaching, staffing, carrier development, operations management, dispatch and customer support along with additional tactical functions.

This position is responsible to keep freight moving within safety and business guidelines while maintaining strong, positive relationships with customersEnforce understanding and compliance with all Company policies and procedures; safety rules and government regulationsWilling to learn the business and grow the company over a long term.

You are someone who invests time into building and fostering relationships to truly earn new accounts.

Be available to staff as a resource in their day-to-day management to help facilitate positive results and also provide continuous training support.

Maintain close oversight of all internal activities that impact service obligations last minute customer requests, resolution of delayed pickup/delivery, billing, etc.

Actively participate in problem resolution with the team members and different departments.

Requirements5-8 years of successful Operations or Customer Service Management experienceExperience in the transportation / 3PL industry requiredBachelor's degree in business, transportation or related field; or the equivalent a plusProven leadership experience in fast paced environments with rapidly changing prioritiesAble to plan and organize well as an individual and as a team playerPossess high levels of energy and initiative; strong work ethic and ability to self-manageMust have strong communication skills – in face to face, over the phone and written communications.
