Propósito
El Gerente de Entrenamiento del Campus Juárez reporta directamente al Gerente de Cumplimiento MD&D. y del entrenamiento del Campus Juárez es responsable de establecer y mantener un programa de Entrenamiento en las compañías del Campus para asegurar el cumplimiento con las regulaciones y estándares locales, nacionales e internacionales, así como con los procesos y políticas de las franquicias y los requisitos del corporativo J&J

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Establecer y mantener un sólido Programa de Entrenamiento para asegurar el cumplimiento con los estándares regulatorios locales, nacionales e internacionales, así como con los procesos y políticas de la compañía y los requerimientos del corporativo J&J
  • Integra a los equipos de Entrenamiento del Campus, y Franquicias de J&J para coordinar la implementación de los planes de Entrenamiento
  • Se asegura que el personal que funge como entrenador sea el personal calificado, incluyendo conocimiento, experiência, y autosuficiencia
  • Toma decisiones y hace recomendaciones que se caracterizan por ser fiables y tienen un impacto importante en diversos negocios de franquicia y tecnología de las compañías alrededor del mundo
  • Establece y mantiene diversos contactos con el personal que maneja información importante en otros sitios.
  • Se requiere de habilidades para persuadir y negociar en aspectos críticos.
  • Establece y mantiene programas que aseguren la verificación y monitoreo de la efectividad del sistema de Entrenamiento del Campus y Franquicias y el cumplimiento de los mismos con los estándares y regulaciones aplicables.
  • Se Asegura que los resultados de los procesos de monitoreo se comuniquen rutinariamente a la gerencia a través de los procesos de Revisión de la Gerencia del Sitio.
  • Funge como un experto en la materia, según sea necesario, para dar soporte a respuestas proactivas o reactivas de los problemas.
  • Realiza otras actividades relacionadas al trabajo asignadas por el Gerente de Cumplimiento MD&D
  • Somete y administra programas de presupuesto y desarrolla estándares
  • Completa todos los entrenamientos de salud, seguridad y riesgo ambiental
  • Es responsable de asegurar que sus subordinados cumplen con los lineamientos de salud, seguridad y prácticas ambientales y que todos los recursos necesarios estén disponibles para ello y en buenas condiciones.

Qualifications:

Requisitos:

  • Carrera profesional terminada
  • Certificación de un organismo certificador aplicable sería una ventaja.
  • Una Maestría o Doctorado en un área aplicable sería una gran ventaja.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiência relacionada y manejo de personal.
