Supply Chain Manager- Spirits industry Required Descripción de puesto Asegurar el óptimo del inventario de materia prima, producto terminado, barricas y líquidos a corto, mediano y largo plazo con base en el pronóstico de ventas proyectado, la capacidad de la destilería y los planes de crecimiento de la marca, así como apoyar en la generación de COGS y asegurar el lanzamiento en tiempo de nuevos productos y materiales a través del project management del proceso de NPD.

. Responsabilidades Planeación de Envasado

  • Proyectar envasado e inventarios de producto terminado de acuerdo con el plan de ventas vigente.
  • Proyectar capacidades de envasado de corto, mediano y largo plazo junto con la destilería y detectar posibles restricciones de capacidad.
  • Generar planes de envasado. Planeación de Materiales, Líquidos, Barricas e Inventarios
  • Detectar oportunamente riesgos y amenazas en el suministro de materiales y ejecutar planes de acción para eliminarlos.
  • Proyectar cantidad y valor de inventarios de materiales, líquidos y producto terminado.
  • Mantener en sistema los BOMs correctos en Producto Terminado.
  • Generar SKUs y BOMs nuevos en sistema de acuerdo con los lineamientos estipulados por Calidad AP.
  • Generar proyección de necesidad y costos de agave, destilación, añejamiento y demanda de líquidos de corto, mediano y largo plazo.
  • Generar proyección y compra de requerimientos de barricas.
  • Actualización de matrices de capacidades productivas en destilación, maduración, envasado y graneles. Compras
  • Generar, colocar órdenes de compra y dar seguimiento a entrega de proveedores de materiales, servicios y activos de acuerdo con los requerimientos del MRP, MOQ y tiempos de entrega.
  • Generar estrategias de reducción de costo en materiales manteniendo la calidad.
  • Generar y mantener una relación estrecha con proveedores.
  • Generar planes de compra y valor de compra a corto, mediano y largo plazo.
  • Dar seguimiento con proveedores para entrega de notas de crédito y recolecciones de materiales rechazados por calidad.
Inventarios

  • Asegurar la certidumbre del inventario de materiales, líquido y producto terminado en los diferentes almacenes de AP en México.
Project Management

  • Liderear el proceso de NPD con las áreas de Calidad, MKT, Logística y Destilería.
  • Realizar tablas de tiempo y cálculo de costos de nuevos materiales y productos.
  • Asegurar el lanzamiento en tiempo de nuevos materiales y nuevos productos.
Reporteo

  • Generar reportes de seguimiento y mensual de demanda real vs plan de venta.
  • Generar reporte mensual de agave (Matriz – Tendencia – CRT)
  • Generar reportes de merma mensual en envasado.
  • Generar reporte de tendencias de consumo de materiales, rotación y cobertura del inventario de Materia Prima, Producto Terminado y
Líquidos.

  • Generar y Compartir proyección de working capital de materiales, producto terminado y líquidos a Finanzas para cálculo de Working
Capital.

  • Generar reporte de rotación de inventarios.
  • Generar reporte de variaciones de inventario con justificación y acciones preventivas y correctivas.
  • Mantener actualizado el tracker de proyectos de NPD.
Requisitos Ingeniería Industrial, Comercio Internacional o afín.
Al menos 5 años en procesos Planeación en Empresa Transnacional (FMCG, Alimentos y Bebidas, Electrónica, Automotriz o Farmacéutica). Al menos dos años dentro de la industria tequilera en empresa transnacional. (REQUERIDO)
