Role Definition:
Assists Program Manager with the management of projects within a corporate program.

Responsibilities:

  • Tracking progress according to program schedules and goals; developing solutions to program problems.
  • Participating in the preparations of proposals, plans, and program specifications.
  • Developing the project scope documents, project timetables and other documents that would be provided to Project Managers.
  • Monitoring the scheduling, budget, and performance of company programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completed university degree with a degree related to the position.
  • General knowledge of company policies and processes, and company products and customers.
  • 13 years' experience in program coordination, information technology, engineering, project management or NPI.
  • Knowledge of creating detailed timelines within a project management software tool.
  • Strong interpersonal, team leadership, communication, and organization skills.
  • Advanced English

  • This position is for a
    FIXED TERM with a duration of one year.
