Objetivo principal del puesto:


Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia de negocio definida para PSS GSS y FLC dentro del territorio asignado para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas mediante un trabajo colaborativo con el equipo comercial; basado en un enfoque de generación de la demanda y la aplicación de un conocimiento profundo de los productos y sus beneficios técnicos y clínico que le permitan establecer un negocio sustentable basado en valor.


Principales Actividades y
Responsabilidades:


  • Lograr la meta de ventas y los KPI ́s establecidas para el Negocio de PSS GSS y FLC en la región asignada; es responsable de implementar y ejecutar la estrategia de Negocio dentro del territorio y canales asignados (Cuentas Directas, Gobierno, Distribuidores) con el fin de alcanzar las metas mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.
  • Apoya a la Gerencia de Negocio y a la Gerencia de Marketing de PSS GSS y FLC en el desarrollo del plan anual y su ejecución.
  • Es el experto de los Modelos de Negocio de las líneas de PSS GSS y FLC en la región asignada.
  • Basado en la segmentación, debe desarrollar y ejecutar una estrategia de ventas por canal y por cliente hospitalario.
  • Dentro del proceso de venta deberá identificar oportunidades con un enfoque en el usuario final, hacer el primer contacto, desarrollar una solución, presentar la propuesta, y en caso de requerirse; solicitar una evaluación o demo de producto, y debe llevar la oportunidad hasta la etapa de cierre, la cual será ejecutada por el equipo comercial

Cluster Mexico:
generación de la OC, facturación, entrega, instalación y puesta en marcha de los productos. Estas oportunidades deberá cargarlas en el sistema de CRM - Salesforce y mantenerlas siempre al día.

  • Ejecuta actividades de generación de demanda con el soporte de tácticas de marketing como presentaciones, demostraciones, evaluaciones y materiales promocionales aprobados que permitan una venta basada en beneficios técnicos y clínicos.
  • Mantiene informada a la Gerencia de Negocio y a la Gerencia de Marketing de PSS GSS y FLC, mediante reportes de actividades y resultados, a través de la utilización de la plataforma Salesforce,com; igualmente el sometimiento de planes de trabajo semanales, mensuales y anuales para análisis de territorio.
  • Crear y mantener un funnel de oportunidades en conjunto con el equipo de KAEs,
  • Trabajo colaborativo con los KAE ́s para garantizar que las acciones de demanda generen apertura y cierre de ventas
  • Formalizar un plan de trabajo en campo entre KAEs y especialista de producto, y cumplirlo.
  • Participa en conferencias y entrenamientos internos y/o externos para el relacionamiento y expansión de oportunidades de educación
  • Mantenerse actualizado en el conocimiento de los productos de nuestro portafolio, mensajes de venta, características y beneficios competitivos relacionados a la terapia
  • Integra técnicas de ventas y propuesta de valor de Baxter en cada intervención para satisfacer las necesidades de clientes y lograr una mayor efectividad comercial
  • Analiza en conjunto con el Especialista de Producto los níveles de inventario en las cuentas asignadas para el desarrollo de planes
  • Actualizar constantemente el mapa político de cada cuenta asignada,
