Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain multiple user setups, profiles, and roles within the Salesforce database.
  • Customize objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with management, operations, sales, marketing, and end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards to provide business insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionality, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent work/technical experience.
  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience, with Salesforce certification preferred.
  • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools.
  • Experience with programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Java, and Apex.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team on multiple projects.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing workflows and business processes.
  • Understanding of marketing automation.
