Brindar el soporte técnico solicitado a través de tickets a las líneas de producción, usuarios de oficinas y almacén y dar soporte de primer nível en fallas de cableado estructurado para asegurar el buen desempeño de los procesos de la empresa, así como seguimiento a las solicitudes de compras del departamento.
Responsabilidades:
Seguimiento y resolución de tickets de soporte
Reparación de cableado estructurado
Asignación de equipos de cómputo y móviles
Control de inventario de equipos cómputo y móviles
Aplicación de políticas de seguridad corporativas
Realizar mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos a los equipos de cómputo y móviles de la empresa
Educacion:
Carrera Técnica o Ingeniería en sistemas o afín en curso
