Time & Attendance Kronos Admin

Michelin is looking for talented professionals to join our Shared Service and develop in the Personnel area

Mission of this role:


To provide confidence and Support to our internal partners regarding worked hours and attendance records in order to deliver accurate, timely and certain payments in an efficient manner according to Michelin's Policies and values.


Key Expected Achievements:

  • Production of standard payroll files using the Time & Attendance system in accordance with legal regulations and Michelin's policies.
  • Process employees' pay exceptions to ensure accurate payment of payroll.
  • Timely response to internal partners questions related to employees' hours.
  • Alert management of any non compliance events or quality issues related to hours.
  • Archive pay records in accordance with federal laws and Michelin policies.
  • Primary backup for designated site(s).

Requirements:

English proficiency is a must

Detail oriented and analytical

Payroll and/or time & attendance knowledge is a plus
