Descripción y detalle de las actividades

Asegurar que los requerimientos de producción son alcanzados en tiempo así como el manejar una gestión efectiva de recursos, personal y costos.Cumplir los objetivos establecidos para órdenes de producción, seguridad, calidad, productividad y entorno laboral.1 Contribuir a los métricos High Five del Focus Factory Manager2 Revisar diariamente el plan de producción con los planeadores para asegurar que las ventas y las horas estándar están alineadas al plan de producción mensual3 Reportar al Focus Factory Manager la absorción, ventas, entregas a tiempo, la adherencia al plan de producción, inventario en piso de producción (WIP) cuestiones relacionadas con el total de personal, disponibilidad de materiales e incidentes de seguridad4 Tomar decisiones sobre procesos de producción cuando las especificaciones no cumplan con los estándares.5 Asegurar que el personal bajo su responsabilidad trabaja en un entorno seguro, interrupciones positivas y pausas laborarles6 Gestionar problemas de producción con las áreas en lo que respecta a calidad, materiales y equipo, para alcanzar el plan de producción7 Llevar a cabo reuniones TIER revisando diariamente el rendimiento de producción y establecer prioridades8 Programar y aprobar tiempo extra del personal directo e indirecto bajo su cargo según sean las necesidades del negocio9 Seguimiento a los procedimientos que involucran procesos de manufactura

Experiencia y requisitos

Carrera profesional o en curso: Ingeniero Industrial, Electrónico, Mecánico o afines.Mínimo 1 año en industria maquiladora electrónica.1 año de experiencia en liderazgo y manejo de grupos de 20 o mas personasConocimientos de estándares como ISO 9001, IATF 16949 , habilidades para uso de herramientas de Microsoft como Exel , Word , Power pointLiderazgo, Trabajo en equipo, conocimiento en herramientas de solución de problemas, habilidades de comunicación a todos los niveles, organizado y proactivo
