Objetivo


Gestión de la categoría a través del análisis de información cualitativa y cuantitativa realizando e interpretando los datos para la realización del árbol de toma de decisiones determinando el mejor acomodo, surtido, espacios y frentes en el anaquel y exhibiciones adicionales; asegurar el crecimiento y desarrollo de la categoría en el mercado siempre enfocándose a satisfacer al consumidor y/o cliente.


Actividades

  • Gestionar los planogramas por tienda y por cada categoría (Isotónicos/ Sueros y OTC).
  • Identificar y ejecutar estrategias de mejoras en exhibición que incrementen la rentabilidad de la categoría
  • Revisar de manera constante stock de productos reponiéndolo de acuerdo a la categoría, clúster adecuándolo al tamaño de tienda y a los plazos establecidos.
  • Asignar, implementar y mantener cada sku con el espacio, proporción y secuencia adecuado en el planograma según el top ventas, para garantizar el cumplimiento del árbol de decisión.
  • Analizar KPI ́s comerciales y comportamiento de consumidor para proponer mejoras dentro de la exhibición y/o árbol de decisiones, con el objetivo de incrementar la rentabilidad de la categoría y operatividad de tienda.

Experiência:

  • Industria de bebidas o consumo (FMCG) de empresas AAA o AA.
  • Canal moderno (autoservicio, club de precio, proximidad) / Canal tradicional).
  • Interpretación de información, depuración para realizar propuestas.
  • Elaborando planogramas diferenciándolos por clúster y categorías.
  • Participando en el diseño y desarrollo de estrategias de mejora para cada categoría.
  • Identificando y analizando KPI ́s comerciales para generar mejoras en la rentabilidad de categorías.
  • Analizar las ventas de las carteras de productos identificando aquellos que no generan valor para la categoría.
  • Proponer mejoras dentro de la exhibición con el objetivo de incrementar la rentabilidad de la categoría y operatividad de tienda

Conocimientos:

  • Manejo de investigación de mercados, indicadores de gestión y actividades de marketing.
  • Diagramación de catálogos u otros relacionados.
  • Elaboración de planogramas.
  • Deseable manejo de Spaceman, otros softwares de CATMAN.

Escolaridad:

  • Lic. Áreas Económico Administrativo, Mercadotecnia
    (Carta Pasante, Título o Cédula
  • INDISPENSABLE).

Otros Requisitos:

  • Disponibilidad de horario.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar
    (INDISPENSABLE).
