Overview:

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

It is responsible for the recruitment, selection and hiring of direct and indirect personnel. Maintains personnel files. Prepares several reports related to the "headcount" for internal use and addressed to the different government authorities. It serves all staff.

Responsibilities:

The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing:

  • Is responsible for the process of hiring direct and indirect personnel and all monitoring of this until the plant contract and / or termination of the contract.
  • Collaborates in the organization of social and sports activities.
  • Communicates disciplinary measures to direct and indirect staff.
  • Prepare documentation of promotions and salary change due to seniority of staff.
  • Organizes the delivery of seniority PINS among associates.
  • Keeps control of the file and files of direct and indirect personnel.
  • Every week it passes information to payroll accounting.
  • Prepares various reports for the head office and AMAC on a monthly basis.
  • Send timely to the IMSS registrations, cancellations and salary modifications.
  • Is responsible for keeping track of all staff's birthdays.
  • Works with Production Supervisors in the followup to labor disputes and communicates disciplinary measures.
  • Issues letters for various uses to all personnel who request it, as well as necessary documentation.
  • Handles resignations and dismissals of direct and indirect personnel.
  • Performs weekly and monthly internal reports (absenteeism, delays, etc.).
  • Participate as an instructor in the Core Course Program.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Labour Relations, or Psychology
  • 3 or more years of experience in Personnel Management roles
  • Knowledge of Federal Labour Act
  • English Language 80%
