Acerca del proyecto: El ingeniero de implantación participa en la mayoría de los aspectos de la implantación de la solución de modelo de datos. Nuestro producto es un almacén de datos completo para diversas fuentes de datos de reclamaciones sanitarias integradas en una única plataforma de análisis. El ingeniero de implementación participará en el análisis de datos, el despliegue de nuevas fuentes de reclamaciones y la interacción con personal interno y externo para potenciar mejoras significativas en la asistencia sanitaria.

Será capaz de:

  • Mantener una comunicación eficaz con las partes interesadas tanto del lado del cliente como dentro de la empresa.
  • Realizar análisis variados para apoyar la mejora de la organización y del cliente.
  • Realizar pruebas de validación de datos para garantizar la calidad.
  • Trabajar con clientes y médicos para mejorar la atención sanitaria.
  • Gestionar proyectos de clientes; garantizar que los proyectos asignados se ejecutan de forma eficiente y de acuerdo con los requisitos y plazos del proyecto.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos previstos de acuerdo con las normas y principios de la organización.
  • Interactuar y comunicarse con todos los niveles de empleados y clientes.
  • Todas las demás tareas que se le asignen.


Requisitos:
  • Licenciatura en Informática, Ingeniería o un campo relacionado.
  • Más de 7 años de experiencia en ingeniería de datos.
  • 5+ Años de experiencia trabajando con SQL.
  • 5+ Años de experiencia trabajando con Python.
  • 3+ Años de experiencia trabajando con herramientas BI.
  • 3+ Años de experiencia trabajando con arquitecturas de datos en infraestructura cloud.
  • 3+ Años de experiencia trabajando con ETL.
  • 3+ Años de experiencia trabajando con Snowflake.
  • 3+ Años de experiencia trabajando con metodologías Ágiles Y/O frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Se requiere un nivel avanzado de inglés para este puesto.
