Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Engineer to join our team in Mexicali, Baja California. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, configuring and repairing computer hardware, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Configure and repair computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and printers
  • Install and configure software and operating systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system uptime
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
