Job DescriptionCollaborate with the Sales team, focusing primarily on daily tasks such as preparing and updating internal reports and maintaining key systems.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensure daily updates to core HO systems.
- Manage Universal Mexico and HO market reports.
- Compile and distribute reports on releases and local market insights for UPI Mexico and HO.
- Support theater material by assessing placements, impact estimations, and campaign presentations.
- Keep internal files consistently up-to-date.
- This role is temporary.
- Strong team player with a proactive and organized approach.
- Possess an analytical and strategic mindset with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrate professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other essential tools.
- Advanced analytical capabilities.
- Driven to take initiative.
- Engage effectively in sales analysis.
- Maintain strong cross-departmental communication and information flow.
- Comfortable with active participation in presentations and meetings.
