Job Characteristics:
The Regional Sales Manager will lead all sales activity for an assigned geography.

This position will be responsible for setting sales strategies and goals, developing a team of Key Account Managers, Corporate Account Managers, Sales Development Managers and/or Sales Managers to achieve team sales objectives.

The Regional Sales Manager will facilitate enterprise selling with partners from across all of Ecolab's business units to drive success in key market segments.

Accountable for maintaining customer and cross divisional relationships. Providing effectively and timely communications as required.

Education/Work Experience:
Degree and 7+ years combination selling and/or sales management experience. Bi-lingual proficiency (including English)
