Objetivo del Puesto

  • Planear e implementar procesos de producción para productos de serie y nuevos proyectos.

Actividades principales

  • Planear e implementar los conceptos de producción para nuevos proyectos y proyectos de serie
  • Realizar analisis para optimizaciones de nuevos proyectos y series
  • Implementar procesos, estandares en series y nuevos proyectos
  • Planear y desarrollar analisis de capacidades para nuevos proyectos y series (areas, planeación de equipos, planeacion de personal, ramp up, etc) basado en los conocimientos de procesos de producción
  • Analizar los desperdicios en proceso para desarrollar e implementar acciones correctivas
  • Planear e implementar relocaciones de produccion (dentro de la misma planta o hacia otras plantas)
  • Crear diagramas de flujo.
  • Realizar estudios de tiempos, solicitar correcciones y creación de tiempos PZK
  • Realizar e implementar lay out optimo.
  • Implementar acciones para incremento de eficiencias de producción.
  • Realizar balanceos de lineas (ejem. usando herramienta LBT, asegurar tiempos ciclos)
  • Analizar billete de materiales para analisis de procesos (Routings),
  • Actuar como persona te contacto interna y externa dentro de su propia area de experiência; cooperar en grupos de trabajo internos.
  • Reconocer la necesidad general de formacion continua en su propio campo dentro de la empresa; planificar y dirigir la formacion interna y externa sobres temas complejos, (ejem. talleres, cursos, etc.)
  • Apoyar en la determinación y optimización de normas internas y procesos complejos dentro de su propia área de experiência.
  • Observar e identificar las tendencias en su ara de especialización para desarrollar conceptos, sugerir recomendaciones (ejem:proveedores, clientes, proveedores de servicios externos, etc)

Conocimiento en procesos de arneses de producción (tecnico, sistemas, procesos de manufactura) Participa en actividades de coordinación entre varios departamentos /areas.
