We are currently in search of an efficient and dedicated IT Operations Manager to lead our team at Ericsson Antennas System in Tlaxcala, Mexico. The chosen candidate will play a vital role in overseeing IT services and solutions while ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards. What You Will Do

  • **IT Infrastructure Operations & User Experience:**
  • Responsible for overseeing IT Infrastructure Operations focusing on Security, Cost, Stability, and Sustainability
  • Follow standard Incident, Problem, Change & Configuration procedures
  • Ensure Local Support provides optimal employee experience and manage supplier relationships
  • Support change management initiatives and provide user training
  • Lead IT rollout projects including infrastructure upgrades and system migrations
  • Manage Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities
  • Develop and manage Local IT budget
  • Implement best practices for the organization
  • Provide Monthly Business Reports to superiors
  • **IT Security & Compliance:**
  • Ensure compliance with Group IT Information Security Management System (ISMS)
  • Conduct regular security checks and vulnerability scans
  • Support security investigations and risk assessments
  • **Stakeholder Management:**
  • Act as the primary contact for stakeholders in Tlaxcala, Mexico
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, report on IT activities, costs, and risks
  • Identify areas for improvement in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Understand and deliver on business requirements
  • Manage Local IT budget allocation efficiently
  • Oversee a portfolio of local IT services when required

Interfaces

Internal interfaces with ICT Delivery & Operation Managers, other organizations, and individuals within GFGO EITInterfaces with Common Functions like Finance and Real EstateInteractions with key stakeholders across all areas of the business

You Will Bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldUnderstanding of IT Financials and standard processes (ITIL, PMI)Expertise in Cyber Security and Risk ManagementStrong communication and presentation skillsProficiency in English
