**About this opportunity**:
We are now looking for an IT Delivery Manager, who will be responsible for ensuring that services are delivered as expected to stakeholders and users.

**What you will do**:

- Build Ericsson internal relationships including nurture relationship for creating an efficient support flow among IT and business.
- Communicate and report on IT Financials to aggregate all IT financials for stakeholder, find opportunities for cost savings.
- Work globally with IT Delivery Manager peers to ensure alignment of stakeholder requests across geographies.
- Participate in management of escalations, supervise stakeholder during critical issues.
- Act as Security SPOC of Market Area IT LATAM and Europe to address Security related issues and lead improvement activities.

**Interfaces**:

- Internal interfaces within IT Include ICT Delivery Managers within same geographical areas and globally, other organizations and individuals within GFGO EIT.
- Interfaces within Common Functions: Finance, Real Estate and Facility Management.
- Interfaces within Ericsson Business: Key Stakeholders from all areas of business.

**You will bring**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Good solid understanding of IT Financials and value and use of standard IT processes and methodologies i.e. ITIL, PMI, certification is a plus.
- Subject matter expertise in Cyber Security and Risk Management frameworks validated experience working with the Information Security rules. Related certificates will be a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with international and social competence will complete your profile.
- Proficiency in English, oral and written.
