Our Mexico affiliate is looking for a talented Commercial Excellence Projects Analyst.- We invite you to join Novo Nordisk México, a successful affiliate and market leader that is focused on improving the quality of the life of people with Diabetes, Obesity, Hemophilia and Growth Hormone Disorders.


The position:

  • The Commercial Excellence Projects Analyst provides strategic analysis of innovative projects/initiatives maximizing the level of adoption and engagement of Novo Nordisk frontliners

Responsibilities:

  • Full understanding of innovative projects as part of the FFCE program identifying opportunities during the implementation phases
  • Guarantee maximum level of adoption & engagement of Customer Engagement initiatives and projects across Frontliners through a close follow up
  • Establishment and calculation of Execution Excellence Metrics related to the innovative projects assigned
  • Support with the expansion of innovative projects to other Novo Nordisk BU teams sharing learnings

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required with focus in Business, Marketing or Engineering are preferred
  • Previous work experience with data analysis / project management preferably within pharma.
  • Advanced level of English is required.
