As the VP of Advertising Technology, you'll be spearheading advanced video advertising technology projects that drive our revenue efforts. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth execution of our video ad product strategy, collaborating with various teams to foster excellence, iteration, and creativity.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of end-to-end video advertising solutions with precision and efficiency.
  • Work with the Ad Ops team to resolve critical video ad serving issues promptly.
  • Shape the video ad technology roadmap to support revenue-generating projects.
  • Manage internal video ad products, roadmap, and pipeline as the Video Ad Product Manager.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and OTT platforms to enhance our ad offerings.
  • Support revenue reporting for different teams.
  • Conduct thorough QA testing to ensure top-notch quality throughout the delivery process.
  • Promote continuous enhancement in processes and procedures, striving for excellence in all ad technology aspects.
  • Establish clear goals and provide guidance during execution as an escalation point.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Google Ad Manager.
  • Proficiency in Programmatic Advertising and campaign management.
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing a digital video ad technology ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with web debugging tools (e.g., Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Wireshark).
  • Experience with GAM and SpringServe (IMA SDK, PAL SDK, CTV, troubleshooting tools).
  • In-depth knowledge of Video Ad Serving Protocols (VAST, VPAID) and various video ad formats.
  • Strong understanding of digital ad serving, programmatic, and measurement technology landscape.
  • Ability to troubleshoot VAST, HTML, and Javascript effectively.
  • Preferred: Experience in Agile development, project management, and familiarity with development cycles.
