Your tasks
Administrar y coordinar de la manera más eficiente los recursos del departamento de producción, calidad, IE, por medio de estrategias con base en los lineamientos (IATF y políticas de la compañía, con el propósito de lograr los objetivos definidos por la planta.

Control de presupuesto autorizado 38 millones mxn (promedio), Volumen de producción anualizada 40 millones piezas (promedio), Número de Subordinados 15 personas directas/ 1200 personas indirectas.

Asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de planta.

ESHResponsabilidad:
Tiene la responsabilidad de informar a sus superiores de cualquier anormalidad (riegos, peligros) que se encuentra en sus áreas relacionado con asuntos de medio ambiente, seguridad y salud (ISO14001 / ISO45001 / ISO50001) y dar seguimiento para la eliminación o reducción de los riesgos o peligros detectados

Deberá conocer todos los riesgos asociados de su área de trabajo, diario, rutinarios, no rutinarios y de emergencia, así como reportar cualquier incidente ocurrido antes de abandonar la planta.

Tiene la obligación de conocer los objetivos y metas internas de los sistemas ESH, la política de ESH y la política energética y participar en el cumplimiento de ellos.

Tiene la responsabilidad de aplicar el uso eficiente de energía, evitar cualquier desperdicio y realizar una correcta segregación de residuos.


Autoridad:

  • Tiene la autoridad de coordinar, asignar actividades y de no desarrollar sus labores si su área de trabajo o la de su personal a cargo tiene condiciones inseguras que ponen en riesgo su integridad física, su seguridad, su salud o al medio ambiente.

Liderazgo:

  • Cumplimiento de instrucciones, administración de personal (si aplica), comunicación oportuna y mejora continuaCalidadSupervisar el seguimiento de los estándares de calidad y de manufactura, para el cumplimiento del Sistema de Calidad.


Supervisar el cumplimiento del programa de las LPA ́s, 5 ́s y tarjetas CAR, así como el seguimiento del cierre en tiempo de las acciones generadas, para garantizar la calidad del proceso, producto y seguridad del personal.

Brindar soporte a las auditorías de proceso internas y externas, así como el seguimiento del cierre en tiempo de las acciones generadas.

Elaborar auditorías de LPA y recorridos a las áreas de la planta, con el fin de detectar áreas de oportunidad y tomar acciones inmediatas sobre las mismas y cumplir con el estándar definido.

ProducciónReportar el desempeño de los indicadores de las líneas de producción, junto con su plan de acción, para cumplir los objetivos definidos por la planta.

Verificar que se cuenta con todos los recursos necesarios para cubrir el programa de producción de lo contrario, lo notifica y propone alternativas, para el cumplimiento de los KPI ́s.

Brindar soporte y asignar responsabilidades a las diferentes áreas para definir actividades necesarias para la solución de problemas.
CostosAsegurar los CeCo ́s del personal operativo, con el fin de tener información confiable financeramente.
Administrar el desempeño del presupuesto asignado a las líneas de producción para el cumplimiento del objetivo.

Liderar estrategias para mejora de resultados de P&L ( Profit and Lost), asi como la reducción sistemica de NCC (Costos no conformes).ClienteAsegurar los volúmenes de producción para el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de los clientes.

Asegurar los estándares de calidad y de manufactura para garantizar el cumplimiento del indicador de PPM ́s.

Mejora ContinuaCoordinar las estrategias para el involucramiento del personal en la generación de ideas de mejora y en la optimización de costos del proceso.

ProyectosPlanear y asegurar los recursos de nuevas líneas y/o productos, para el lanzamiento exitoso.
MantenimientoCoordinar los recursos de mantenimiento para asegura el máximo desempeño de las líneas de producción.
