About the Opportunity

Ensure timely and precise financial documentation and reporting in alignment with management directives.

As an Accounting Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining financial records following GAAP and company standards.
  • Producing reports on financial performance for both internal and external audiences.
  • Supervising month-end closing processes.
  • Contributing to account reconciliation assessments.
  • Enforcing adherence to organizational accounting policies and procedures.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior accounting personnel, fostering their professional growth; addressing and resolving intermediate accounting issues.
  • Coordinating external audits annually for Mexico, Colombia, and Panama.
  • Engaging in Finance Transformation initiatives.

Your Qualifications

  • Attention to Detail and Precision: Recognizing the importance of accuracy; executing tasks with meticulous attention.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analysis techniques and tools; ability to identify the core of organizational challenges and devise effective solutions.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Proficient in communication principles and methods; conveying, receiving, and interpreting ideas, information, and requirements effectively through appropriate communication strategies.

  • Financial Analysis Prowess: Familiarity with financial analysis tools and approaches; interpreting and deriving accurate conclusions from financial and numerical data.
  • Financial Record Maintenance: Understanding financial record-keeping procedures, techniques, and tools; maintaining precise and comprehensive records of financial transactions.
  • Financial Reporting Knowledge: Proficient in financial reporting methods, techniques, and tools; generating and managing precise and comprehensive financial reports.

Job Requirements
